Our business, property and affairs are managed by, or are under the direction of, the board of directors pursuant to the General Corporation Law of the Philippines. Members of the board of directors are kept informed of the company's business through discussions with the chairman, with the president and chief executive officer, and with key members of management, by reviewing materials provided to them and by participating in meetings of the board of directors.
